Job Description:
. JD for HRMS Technical
Experince: 3-9 years
Communication skills: Good

Job Description for HRMS Technical Consultant (R11 / R12)
Qualification:
Any professional qualification (B Tech/MBA/ MCA and so on) or combination of B Tech with MBA would be fine. We can also consider non professional degree holders with relevant experience.
Experience:
1. Need techno functional consultant (80% Tech + 20% Func) in Oracle Apps in the HRMS Area.
2. Must be hands on person with development experience in forms, reports, PL/SQL, UNIX shell, Discoverer (3 to 5 years).

R12 Development:
Development needs: Resource to create R12 concurrent processes to generate PDF document based on input parameters entered at time of execution. We have a similar process existing in 11i that can be used as a starting point or as reference to copy the code. In addition, we have a potential need to help with interface development following a standard extract process that is already developed.
* PLSQL
* XML Publisher
* Concurrent Process set up
* General Linux skills

Reporting:
Development needs: Resource to create BI Publisher reports in a Oracle Fusion environment.
1. Oracle BI Publisher data model, template and production experience - required - 2 to 3 years minimum preferred.
2. SQL coding experience - required - 2 to 3 years minimum preferred.
3. Oracle database experience - required.
4. Oracle Fusions application experience - nice to have but not required.
5. Good written and spoken English communication skills - required.
6. Ability to work Pittsburgh or TCS off-shore business hours - required.

Versions: 11.5.10 & experience in R12 (12.1.3) upgrade or support would be preferred.

Job Description for R12 HRMS/Fusion Functional Consultant
We are looking for 80% Functional and 20% Technical

Preferred to have Human Resource domain experience (1 to 2 Years).
In the areas of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Leave administration, Policy administrations, Training and other human resource functions.

4. iRecruitment
5. OLM
6. Talent Management

Also, Should have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM ( Talent Management & Compensation Workbench)
Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL , Workflow, Interfaces, report would be preferred.
Experience in R12 (12.1.3) upgrade or support is must
Willingness to work in Shifts is Mandatory
