Exp - 8 to 15 Yrs Job Description: Responsibilities:- - Implement solutions and services for our customers following defined implementation methodologies - Execute tasks related to client delivery; time will be focused on detailed project tasks. A small portion of client time will be spend on project management tasks - Perform knowledge transfer to client support staff - Develop data conversion and testing strategies - Manage individual budget and scope of work - Work with internal (global) groups to define, deliver, and assist with post-implementation issues Requirements:- - Familiarity with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies - Previous technical (2+ years) and business (3+ years) experience in a consultant role for medium to large scale projects - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to work with global/distributed teams - Demonstrated client relationship and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated experience in implementation of software systems for international clients, especially North American clients. - Should be willing to work in the shifts (US) - Proficiency in SQL and databases, reporting tools (any) is needed.
