Skills/Competencies: Oracle HRMS, Core HR, Self-service, irecruitment & benefits.
Experience : 6+ yrs
Leads HRIS Functional Operations Support for India and other regions in Asia.
Provides HRIS functional expertise to regional HR Leadership in order to meet the needs of the Global Human Resources Organization and regional requirements.
Provides guidance and leadership to improve/maintain data accuracy and data security of the HR information.
Translates business requirements into system solution design; liaises with technical teams to monitor development and technical work.
Assists in developing training plans, training documents, and delivering training sessions to end-users.
Configures the application as defined in the solution design documentation or approved change requests.
Previous experience as consultant or advanced HRIS user is preferred (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Saba, etc).
