2. Substantial ETL architecture design experience within data warehousing environments governed by applying appropriate methodologies and ETL standards
3. Ability to design ETL technical/functional specifications
4. Must have experience with Oracle Data Integrator
5. Must have experience with any Data quality Tool and should have good knowledge in DQ process
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and very strong problem solving skills
7. Ability to work well with individuals at all levels in the organization
8. Ability to adapt and react quickly to changing business needs - Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
9. Ability to present and explain technical / functional information in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding
