Either in each of the skill .Net/JAVA /SAP/ DW/Oracle/peoplesoft/Seibel/PMP/Prince certified along with SDLC mandate experience (SDLC - Plan, design, build and test phase, Design phase.)
Execute training plans and training programs • Announce trainings to employees and provide necessary information • Arrange program logistics and technical setup • Monitor trainings and ensure smooth operations • Track training completions and feedbacks on Learning Management System and other back-end tools • Maintain trackers and training reports • Partner with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management team and liaise with different Business Groups to fulfil training needs • Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment • 1+ years of experience in organizing multiple training programs in a corporate setting • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Role: Trainer Skill: Learning and Delivery Instruction Minimum Skill Requirement: (~3-4 pointers against each item) Must Have: 1. At least minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience at a Corporate/ University/ Engineering college. 2. B.Tech/B.E./ MCA/ Equivalent IT Qualification 3. Good communication, analytical skills and presentation skills
Candidates should ready to come for Face to Face round for presentation to be made by the candidate post clearing the initial technical round• Flexible to travel to other locations to deliver trainings sessions whenever required
