About iPRIMED
iPRIMED started in 2009 and is focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Supply Chain in the IT and ITeS space. We look at learning from an end user perspective and our systems and methods are under a patent (pending). We focus on context based and holistic learning where multiple skills from the functional/technical, behavioral, process and domain buckets are blended in a learning session.
We cater to skill development needs across the junior, mid and senior levels. While the focus at the junior levels is more on the fundamentals and how to apply the same in the context of business, the focus at the mid and senior levels is on specific/niche areas and newer demands due to the changing dynamics of business. Our programs cutting across the technology, functional and domain stand point are always driven from the business stand point â" the business of IT.

Key Responsibilities
⢠Help segment, target, position to open the right doors for iPRIMED
⢠Strong knowledge of Sales starting from lead generation to opportunity to closure and finally client management (Colleges, Corporate) â" basically, should be able to do both hunting and farming
⢠Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact, meeting or via telephone etc.
⢠Should be able to carry targets and aim at exceeding the same
⢠Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information and enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications
⢠Should have worked with major Tier-1 / Tier-2 companies as vendor
⢠Strong understanding IT/ITeS industry and an understanding of the education service offerings for these industries. Exposure to BD activities for an IT services firm esp. onsite will be a plus
Skills Required
⢠Previous Sales experience in the Talent/HR space (E)
⢠Previous Sales experience in the IT/ITeS services and solutions space (D)
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills (E)
⢠Demonstrated Relationship Building skills (E)
⢠Demonstrated Customer Engagement skill(E)
⢠Solutioning & Analytical Skills. Comfortable with financials.
