BE / B.Tech / Qualified MBA (Finance) with 8 to 12 years of total experience with at least 6 to 8 years of Oracle EBS Manufacturing Applications implementation experience and 1 to 3 years of Oracle Cloud SCM is essential with Industry experience in Production / Shop floor / Order Management / Supply Chain or Materials Management domain. Preference would be given for Fusion SCM implementation experience and Oracle Manufacturing (Disc & OPM)/SCM Cloud certification 2016/2017. Experience in modules like Manufacturing, PIM, MDM, Innovation Management, Costing, Planning Central, Sales & Operations Planning, OM, Pricing, Configurator, Shipping, GOP& DOO. At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with 1 or 2 Cloud implementation experience is mandatory. Should have experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots. Should have experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing role. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal, mandatory. Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner. Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn. Should be good team player and have good analytical skills. Must have experience of working on pre-sales: requirement discussion, POCs, demos, proposal creation and proposal defense. Should have good understanding of overall business processes and functions specially around F2P (Forecast-to-Plan) and P2Pr (Plan-to-produce). Should have good knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities both functional and technical.
