| | Project Manager
Required -
Responsibilities
Overall 10+ plus years of experience with 3+ Years of experience in Project Management of IT projects
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope creep
Review deliverables prepared by team before transmittal to client
Effectively apply identified methodology and enforce project standards
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor professionals as required
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
Manage day-to-day client interaction and set & manage client expectations
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel
Continuous tracks time and quality related parameters for the project
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Travel required as per project needs
Preferred:
Experience in civil and construction domain
PMP certification is a plus
