Company: John Deere Designation: Associate Tech lead Position: Permanent Location: Pune Mandatory Skills: * Oracle E-business Suite functional consultant that has previous experience of end to end implementations * Experience with Oracle Financials Release 12 (R12) modules * Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements * Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into functional designs (MD50) * Knowledge of financial business processes * Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business operations * Ability to travel up to 25% both domestic and international * Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written) * Comfortable with change Desired Skills: * Experience with Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM) * Background in Accounting * Previous involvement with testing * Experience in a production support role Responsibilities: * Understanding the business requirements. And do brain storming session for the same with the team. * Providing robust & sustainable solutions to business and to the team. * Techincal guidance to the team whenever applicable. * Following Processes and standards. And also helping the onsite and offshore team in implementing better processes on a regular basis. * Maintaining proper and clear documentation of all project activities. * Taking initiatives and leadership in technical project related activities. * Sharing knowledge and ideas with the team. * Providing genuine feedback to the manager to help manage the project and resources in a more efficient manner. * Raising concerns or issues if any in the project whenever necessary. * Working proactively on the project related activities and ideas. * Reviewing the work of the team members to ensure better quality, which in turn will also give a chance to others to learn from the experience and knowledge. * Trainings and KT to new team members whenever applicable. * Managing project/team meetings and MOM's. * Working closely with Onsite and offshore resources on all the project activities. * Delivering solutions in Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM) suite of applications 16.
