We are hiring for a FACETS Lead Developer to join our team.
Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum, Hyderabad
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience in FACETS, advanced SQL skills, .NET expertise, and experience developing custom FACETS extensions and integrations. Candidates should have experience in one or more FACETS functional areas such as Provider, Network Management & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, Claims, or Encounters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
- Develop solutions across FACETS functional areas including:
- Provider
- Network Management & Pricing
- Membership
- Billing & Plan Configuration
- Claims & Encounters
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
- Develop, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize FACETS batch jobs.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Support system integration testing, UAT, release management, and deployments.
- Participate in FACETS implementation, upgrade, regulatory, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
- Strong experience in Healthcare Payer environments.
- Experience with FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Strong hands-on FACETS development experience.
- Experience with one or more FACETS areas:
- Provider
- Network Management & Pricing
- Membership
- Billing & Plan Configuration
- Claims & Encounters
- Strong understanding of:
- FACETS Front-End functionality
- FACETS Batch Processes
- FACETS Backend Data Models
- FACETS Configuration & Extensions
- Advanced SQL development and performance tuning.
- Strong .NET development experience.
- Experience developing FACETS customizations and extensions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare environments and Healthcare Payer processes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to FACETS upgrade and modernization programs.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, integration technologies, and healthcare data exchanges.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
