Job Description Oracle Apps Techno-Functional consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules including Finance, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing.
- Provide end-to-end techno-functional support including requirement analysis, customization, and issue resolution.
- Develop and enhance RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver project deliverables efficiently.
- Conduct UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, and Workflows.
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidates: - Immediate or short notice joiners.
- Professionals with hands-on Oracle Apps experience in Finance or SCM modules will be highly preferred.
Exp : 12-15 Years CTC : 32 LPA Notice : immediate Lead functional delivery for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Management, translating business requirements into scalable R12 solutions, driving configuration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support to deliver measurable supply-chain improvements. Core responsibilities - Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration for Oracle R12 SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Warehouse Management (WMS), Cost Management, Shipping Execution and Advanced Pricing/Procurement, where applicable.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and produce clear functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides aligned to R12 capabilities.
- Drive workshops and business process re-engineering to optimize order-to-cash, inventory operations & procure-to-pay.
- Coordinate integrations with middleware / technical teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Create test strategy, test scripts, lead QA/UAT, and manage defect triage; own cutover planning and hyper care support.
- Mentor and lead functional consultants, act as primary liaison to business stakeholders, and maintain project governance, risks, and stakeholder reporting.
- Key skills & expertise - Deep hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules and configuration. - Strong understanding of R12 architecture, setups (Multi-Org, Subinventories, Costing methods), master data design, item/organization structures. - Excellent stakeholder management, functional-to-technical translation, and leadership skills. - Ability to produce clear functional specs, test cases, training materials, and run workshops.
- Preferred - Oracle EBS R12 SCM certification. - Experience leading cross-functional R12 implementations, including multi-country or multi-entity rollouts. "
