For the 2-I2C Roles:
• Good knowledge in AR module of Oracle Applications in terms of overall flow and technically on the base table and their relationship.
• Support to I2C track of Cisco.
• Working on Remedy Incident/Problem Management tool to handle day to day issues reported by business.
• Handling P1/P2 bridges and providing support as required for the resolution of the issue. Sending out timely status communication.
Does this involve working in shifts? No Shift Work
Experience of atleast 4 years in Oracle Apps
