The requirement is as below. Years of Experience: 4-5 years of functional experience in Oracle Financials modules like GL, AR, AP, PO, iProc and FA. Experience in Production Support, Financials Month-end Closure Responsibilities: - Understand existing Support process and follow the same for providing Service within defined SLAs - Independently resolve functional issues in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PC, PO, iProc) - Understand the Priority and Severity of support issues and respond and resolve within SLA definitions - Contribute effectively to Service Improvements and other initiatives which bring value to the Organization. - Should display leadership skills and help mentor juniors and new joiners.
