Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, problem resolution and Communication. Skills & Experience Required: • SQL, PL/ SQL, D2K, Discoverer, Workflow, Jet Forms, Toad, Unix Shell Scripts, JVMs, Java, PVCS, Kintana, XML Publisher. • Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle • Self Motivated • Able to effectively work with users at all levels • Team player • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
