1. Requirement : Oracle HRMS R12 â€" HR Conversion Profile

1. Prior Conversion experience working with Peoplesoft and SAP legacy systems
2. Familiar with HR Data Model and APIs
3. Conversions and Interfaces development and data mapping experience
4. Familiar with Oracle AIMS methodology
5. Knowledge of Date Tracking, Address Styles, User Defined Tables, Work Structures, EITs, SITs, Business Groups, Organization Hierarchy, Flex Fields
6. Exposure to Global Deployment, Security Profiles, User Hooks, Audit Trail, Oracle Approvals Management, Web ADI, Data Pump and Multi Org Access Control

Skills Required:
Mandatory: PLSQL, SQL* Loader, HR APIs, Concurrent programs and Performance Tuning
Optional : Web ADI, Data Loader, Workflow, Discoverer, BI Publisher, TCA and Unix
Tools : TOAD, SQL Developer, Kintana, CVS, Remedy and HPQC

2. Requirement : Oracle HRMS R12 â€" Payroll Conversion Profile

1. Knowledge of Earning and Deduction Elements, Element Links and Costing accounts
2. Understanding of Payroll balances, adjustments and End of Year Processes
3. Setting up Fast Formulas
4. Taxes - Federal, State, County, City, W2, W4 etc
5. Exposure to Self Service HRMS, iRecruitment, Time and Labor modules
6. Prior Conversion experience working with Peoplesoft and SAP legacy systems
7. Familiar with HR Data Model and APIs
8. Conversions and Interfaces development and data mapping experience
9. Familiar with Oracle AIMS methodology

Skills Required:
