Exposure to Global Deployment, Security Profiles, User Hooks, Audit Trail, Oracle Approvals Management, Web ADI, Data Pump and Multi Org Access Control Skills Required: Mandatory: PLSQL, SQL* Loader, HR APIs, Concurrent programs and Performance Tuning Optional : Web ADI, Data Loader, Workflow, Discoverer, BI Publisher, TCA and Unix Tools : TOAD, SQL Developer, Kintana, CVS, Remedy and HPQC 2. Requirement : Oracle HRMS R12 â€" Payroll Conversion Profile 1. Knowledge of Earning and Deduction Elements, Element Links and Costing accounts 2. Understanding of Payroll balances, adjustments and End of Year Processes 3. Setting up Fast Formulas 4. Taxes - Federal, State, County, City, W2, W4 etc 5. Exposure to Self Service HRMS, iRecruitment, Time and Labor modules 6. Prior Conversion experience working with Peoplesoft and SAP legacy systems 7. Familiar with HR Data Model and APIs 8.
