* 5+ years of IT experience & 2+ years minimum as Business Analyst
* Strong expertise on SDLC methodologies & QA Processes
* Well versed with requirements elicitation techniques & Functional Design preparation
* Strong communication skills & must have worked in direct client facing roles
* Domain knowledge on Automobile & Insurance sectors - Preferred, but not must.
* Should be flexible to travel to Middle-East on short-term assignments
Job Description:
* Elicit Requirements using various techniques from multiple sources & Analyze the requirements
* Translate the business requirements into specific software requirements - Functional Design Documents
* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
* Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
* Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
* Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
* Review the Testing Strategy, Plans & Test Cases to ensure Testing coverage & requirements mapping.
* Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
* Successfully engage in multiple engagements & initiatives
* Assists PM in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Work Location: Hyderabad/Pune. Should be willing to travel onsite ( US/Dubai) whenever required
