Experience required for the Job: 3 - 7 years Annual Salary of the Job: 5.0 - 16.0 Lacs Job Location: Gurgaon Dear Candidate, Dear Candidate, We are urgently looking for Oracle professionals for Gurgaon/Manesar with one of the Estemeed Client Job Description: External Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated Web architect to bring in technical and leadership expertise on latest Web technologies for Agilent Electronics Measurement Group (EMG) web site. This includes web application engineering, architecture definition, implementation, optimization, and providing guidance to the technical team while working closely with other IT teams, suppliers, and business partners. Given the global nature of the Web programs, this provides an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of projects of significant scope and complexity In this position you will be accountable for proposing and driving technical solutions, participate in requirements reviews, design & participate in design reviews, own & drive technical implementation, and oversee projects from start to finish. Technical areas will include Oracle Web Center and J2EE web platforms, online store solutions, Marketing management solutions such as Unica, search engines e.g. Endeca, and performance management tools. You will work closely with IT project managers, other architects, suppliers, and business partners to ensure Agilent Web adopts industry best practices and provides a superior experience to end customers. Major Responsibilities : • Architect web solutions and lead implementations of new products & solutions • Own end to end accountability for performance, reliability and recoverability of the technology platform • Own project architecture, set strategy for implementation, lead performance monitoring & tuning • Provide technical guidance to development team • Work closely and be in alignment with Web functional leads and business team to build a scalable architecture that will meet evolving business needs • • Provide recommendation for web site optimization and tuning. Lead performance enhancement initiatives. • Perform proof of concept study for new products, technologies and solutions • Be the technical leader for development teams. • Manage delivery through vendor teams fostering sustainable practices and partnerships External Qualifications : Qualifications : Required : • Strong knowledge of web architecture. Exposure to large web implementations and experience in managing backend components that support critical web operations• End to end knowledge of Oracle Webcenter & J2EE technology stacks knowledge (from browser to back end servers). Good experience in web, application, commerce, database, and search integration.• Strong technical background in managing applications built on JSP/JSF, J2EE framework, AJAX and Oracle ADF • Strong knowledge of web technology (HTML, XML structure, Web 2.0 Social Technology, ADF & J2EE development and toolset)• Experienced with application management and tuning on a Linux operating system.• Strong knowledge of web, application, and database server (Oracle) .• Understanding of product scaling, security, and development for web• Good understanding and experience in web infrastructure (networks, DMZ, performance, security, servers)• Good hands on experience managing technical components but more importantly able to lead teams managing backend. • Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple projects concurrently• Knowledge of metrics tools such as Omniture and performance tools such as Gomez/RPT, Desired : • Exposure to managing infrastructure & backend components of Unica• Experience managing single-sign-on applications such as Oracle Identity Manager suite of products• Experience of working with a integrated system with Oracle ERP and Siebel.• Experience working with Fusion middle ware solutionsEducational Requirements :• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent plus minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including minimum 5 years in IT.
