- Minimum of 2 full cycle implementations.
- Exposure into all the modules of the FIN Track
- Hands on experience on the Reports & SQL developer
- Exposure to integrated Modules to FIN would be added advantage
- Good understanding of the AIM methodology
- Good understanding of the various kinds of projects like New Implementations, Upgrades, Rollouts, etc.
- Good exposure to data migration tools and techniques
- Sound technical exposure in understanding table structures, forms personalization techniques, usage of TOAD,etc.

• Working as part of the global project delivery team in planning and managing roll outs and supporting existing implementations.
• Driving performance, efficiency, process and quality improvements throughout the organization.
