Position: - Project Manager / Solution Architect Necessary Skills: * 10+ years of exp in IT. * 3 to 4 years of experience in Oracle SOA 10g/11g projects * Exp. In managing team of more than 10 members * Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders * Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion * Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals * Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools * Track project milestones and deliverables * Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations * Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Desired skills: * Experience in OFM JDE integration * Experience Retail business domain * Oracle SOA 11g * Knowledge in other middleware/EIA technologies like Biztalk, SAP XI/PI, IBM MQ, Lotus Notes ______________________________________________________________________________ Position: - Project Lead Necessary Skills: * 7+ years of experience in IT * 3+ years of experience in Oracle SOA 10g/11g * Prior experience as Project Lead in SOA projects * Exp.
