Experience required for the Job: 4.5 - 9 years Annual Salary of the Job: 3.0 - 15.0 Lacs Job Location: Gurgaon Dear Candidate, Dear Candidate, We are urgently looking for Oracle Apps Professionals for Gurgaon/Manesar with one of the Estemeed Client Agilent Technologies(WWW.agilent.com ) Job Description: External Job Description : Key Responsibilities: *Work collaboratively with our business partners in Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Order Fulfillment, Product Life Cycle , and Finance to develop solutions to meet business requirements *Provide consulting expertise with key businesses partners and IT leadership on key business problems/initiatives and help recommend appropriate IT solutions *Lead and/or participate in project requirements analysis, functional and technical design, development, and system testing. *Vendor Management: Manage, lead, guide and monitor outsourced partners" resources to meet delivery commitments. *Financials Management: Prepare project estimates, track the forecast, accruals and spend for the projects. Qualifications: *Bachelor"s degree or equivalent in computer science, math or related discipline with a focus on business applications and Information Technology; advanced degree is preferred *Demonstrated ability to teams consisting of internal and external resources including 3rd party (onsite and offshore resources) in the delivery of IT projects and services through all phases of the project life cycle *Excellent understanding of application configurations and setups for data integration. *5-7+ years of experience in developing Oracle ERP, including 2+ years of Team lead experience. *Extensive functional knowledge and proficiency in designing, developing and deploying complex business solutions with the following Oracle E-Business Suite Applications Modules (11i or 12i): OM, Adv Pricing, Configurator, ASCP, BOM, INV, Costing, PO, I-proc, I-supplier, I-store, AR, FA, AP, Projects. *Knowledge for Matrix1 is a plus. *Strong Solution design skills with experience in writing and reviewing functional/technical specifications *Experience in the following Oracle technologies: Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oa-Framework, BI Publisher, Oracle DB. *Knowledge of OAF, ADF, SOA, BPEL, Fusion, OBIEE. *Ability to write/debug complex SQL/PL SQL statements with expertise in SQL performance tuning. *Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment is required *Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business level language. Demonstrated excellent ability to facilitate and lead collaboration or program review meetings, with various project teams and vendors; Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way. *Vendor management skills - Relationship mgmt and co-ordination for deliverables; Ability to consult with and provide leadership to outsourced partners. *Awareness of new technologies and products in Oracle ERP.
