Company : Paper Industry Location : Haryana, Delhi/NCR Experience : 5 + Years Position : Functional Consultant - (AR, FA, CM, GL & AP Modules) Qualification : MBA- Finance/CA/ICWA, preferably from commerce background. Job Description: The Functional Consultant - OPM & Inventory understands the business requirements of domain and develops the means to configure the respective solutions to support these requirements. This role includes Configuration, Testing, Deployment, post deployment support, troubleshooting and recommending alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality. Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Providing on time support to the Oracle users as per organization support policy and procedure. 2. Analyzing the issues reported by the users, identifying the solutions and guiding the users to implement the identified solution. 3. Understanding the new requirements due to change in process or restructuring of the organization. Designing, testing, documenting and implementing the solution. 4. Developing and updating user manual and other knowledge documents. 5. Identifying the training requirement of the users. Imparting adequate training to the users. 6. Coordinating with Oracle support team for resolution of critical issues. REQUIREMENTS MBA- Finance/CA/ICWA, preferably from commerce background. OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) certification in financial modules will be an added advantage. 3+ Years implementation and support experience as Oracle Financial Functional consultant preferable from manufacturing industry.
