Additional Skills Problem solving skills and self starter. Senior Consultant Total years of Experience 6-8 Years Primary Skills Experience in understanding and documenting the business requirements having HR domain and preparing the solution design document. Very good communication skills. Involved end to end for at least 2-3 HRMS Implementations (HR/Payroll/SSHR) as techno functional consultant. Expertise in OA Framework, Workflows, PLSQL, XML reports, AME, and HRMS API's.
