General Responsibilities:
* Provides overall Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Functional Architecture activities within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Applications
* Oversees and guides implementation of proposed solutions
* Configures, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents information systems applications.
* Provides communication and coordination between client and Functional / Technical teams
* Reviews all applications development and configuration project requests, coordinates schedules and related departmental activities.
* Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely fashion.
* Defines system integration and acceptance testing process and ensures adequate resources
* Coordinates departmental operations and delivery activities with Delivery Lead
* Reviews and evaluates work of team members. Prepares performance reports.
* Prepares activity and progress reports regarding all software projects and programs.
* Works with business units and other IS groups in decision making process to ensure effective cross-functional decisions.
* May supervise one or more employees; plays key role in hiring, coaching, training, and developing subordinate staff.
* Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes.
* Complies with established policies and standards to ensure that access to company information and systems resources, in any medium or format, is limited to authorized personnel.
* Cooperates with internal and external information security audits.
* Interacts directly with the end customer for the purpose of identifying and documenting business/systems requirements and processes, frequently involving multiple business areas.
* Researches and evaluates alternative solutions for meeting business needs.
* Consistently seeks out new opportunities to deliver UST services within the account
Solution Specific Responsibilities:
* Manages development of the functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS.
* Well verse with South American country specific localization, specifically Argentina.
* Manages the configuration and testing of system prototypes for the Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Manufacturing modules along with all integration touch points
* Provides QA review for blueprint deliverables.
* Participates in Project Management / PMO activities for Planning, Status Reporting, Issue/Risk Management etc.
* May manage or coordinate with onsite resources as needed
Qualifications: Mandatory
* 10+ Years of demonstrable, 'expert level' experience with Oracle E-Business Suite - versions 11i.
* Deep understanding of Oracle EBS Argentina for GL, AP, AR, FA, OM, Taxation, etc modules.
* Has experienced and worked on at least 3 full lifecycle projects implementing the Oracle EBS and has strong managerial and communications skills
* Has experience with implementing Oracle Financials in multiple countries (Global rollout or point solution), having a keen understanding of configuring EBS for local regulatory needs
* Strong SDLC understanding, including customer requirements definition and documentation, business process and decision support design, processes flow modeling, system analysis and design, functional gap identification, and general business analysis and issue resolution
* Knowledge of the Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM)
* Strong knowledge of the following Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application modules and associated functionality:
Desirable:
* Oracle E-Business Suite Certification
* Experience or hands-on knowledge of other Oracle EBS functional areas (Oracle Order Management, Oracle Manufacturing, Planning, etc.)
* Global implementation/rollouts a plus
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Other
* Bachelor or equivalent degree. Post Graduate work a plus
