Job Description (Permanent Employment)
• Candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in the functional area and should have at least completed 1 full cycle implementation with extensive experience in Order Management and Inventory modules.
• Candidate should have experience in support projects and upgrades to 11i & R12.
• Candidate should have experience in designing and supporting customizations in OM.
• Knowledge of Oracle Credit Management and iStore a big plus.
• Knowledge of TCA architecture, Customer data hub and Oracle Customer online a big plus.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with all aspects of customer management(not a module)
• Experience with Oracle R12 a big plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL, TOAD etc…
