Around 4 -8 years of IT experience 2. Should have worked at least in Two Oracle ERP Implementation / Re-engineering in 11i 3. Understand, Design and Develop technical solutions in specific areas of Oracle ERP (Core HR, Payroll) 4. Very good knowledge in writing fast formulas in Payroll 5. Able to understand the functional design and design the technical solution 6. Experience in building Oracle custom solution through Interfaces / APIs 7. Experience in Oracle AIM methodology 8. Good knowledge in OAF methodology 9. Good knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Forms 6.0 , Reports 6.0 10. Good Knowledge on Oracle Workflow 11. Good knowledge on Form personalization 12. Experience in having worked on projects in the telecom domain desirable. Qualification: BE, MBA Total experience 4 - 8 years. , candidate should be able to start by Jan 15th 2012.
