We have a position with Capgemini for Oracle Apps HRMS Technical Professional for Mumbai location.
Please find the JD.
Experience: 3-5 years in Oracle Apps R11i/R12.
Modules: Must have experience on HR and Payroll Modules
Should have good knowledge on modules Oracle HR, Employee Self Service, Management Self Service, Performance Management (OPM), Payroll, Oracle Time and Labour (OTL), Compensation Workbench (CW), iRecruitment, Training Admin, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Succession Planning, Taxing even though he/she may not be having implementation/support experience.
Candidate should have valid passport and should be willing to travel.
Basic expectation: Candidate should have worked on Production Support environment and on R12. If he has worked on end-to-end Implementations, it is a plus.
