Position: Junior Orc Apps HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
Primary Skill Requirement HRMS Implementation (HR/Payroll/SSHR) techno functional experience, OA Framework, Workflows, PLSQL, D2K reports,XML reports, AME, and HRMS API's.
Secondary Skill Requirement Problem solving skills and self starter
Location of posting Base location is Bangalore. Candidates are required to travel to Doha [Qatar] for 6 months as soon as they join us.
Position: Senior Orc Apps HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
Primary Skill Requirement Experience in understanding and documenting the business requirements having HR domain and preparing the solution design document. Very good communication skills.
Involved end to end for at least 2-3 HRMS Implementations (HR/Payroll/SSHR) as techno functional consultant. Expertise in OA Framework, Workflows, PLSQL, XML reports, AME, and HRMS API's.
Secondary Skill Requirement Airline domain is a plus
Qualification & Experience Any Graduate; 6-8 yrs experience
Location of posting Base location is Bangalore. Candidates are required to travel to Doha [Qatar] for 6 months as soon as they join us.
