Job Purpose

ï‚§ To assist in regional support for Oracle Ebusiness suite applications covering Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll, Self Service, iExpense, Oracle Learning Management.
ï‚§ The candidate should have exposure to Oracle open interfaces and have experience in supporting intensive integrations to other applications with Oracle Ebusiness suite.


Key Duties/Responsibilities

As techno-functional team member of e business suite covering Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Self Service, Oracle Learning Management , AOL modules, Discoverer. Experience in Financials modules a plus and any experience in using OAF framework for applications extensions will be advantageous. Nature of work will be 60% Technical and 40% functional

Able to support/ implement Oralce Ebusiness suite financial applications across various countries in the region including Singapore, Malaysia . Should have experience working on multiple business groups understanding of localizations for individual countries

Responsible for performing fit/ gap analysis for requirements and translating it into configurations or extensions as case may be. Will be responsible to follow organisational standard processes in delivery

Responsible to ensure the SLA with the users are met during the support

Responsible for analysing requirements, performing the gap against the package and formulating the solutions.

Qualifications - IT Degree or Diploma Holder

Working Experience

Oracle HRMS experience of at least 5 + years in Oracle ERP and atleast 7-8 years in IT experience is preferable in 11i in Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Self Service, Oracle Learning Management, AOL, DBI and discoverer. Should have strong understanding of AME and standard workflow capabilities.
* Prior experience in handling multiple regions is desirable.
* Atleast 2 full cycle implementation and prior experience in the capacity of techno functional lead.
* Experience with Oracle open interfaces preferred, especially in dealing with huge data volume.
* Experience with OAF framework and java experience would be advantageous.
