Lead implementation / rollout of HRMS/Payroll systems for various locations including US and international. Work with peers on technical development efforts and manage small projects. Should be able to communicate verbally and written in English. Knowledge in SQL, Knowledge in Discoverer, Knowledge in Fast Formulas, Knowledge in HR APIs, knowledge in Workflow and AME. Able to develope quick interfaces, webADIs and reports in Oracle 11i and preferably R12 version.
