Modules:
Service Management: Field Services, Service Contracts, Install Base
Technical skills: Oracle Pl/Sql, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflows
Must-Have:
*Good Communication skills
*Hands on development and support experience for atleast 2 major Oracle deployments in his area of expertise
*Technically sound
*Understand Oracle AIM Methodology very well
*Knowledge of Support Processes and related Tools
