Job Details
For EBS HCM Technical
Techno functional consultant (70% Tech + 30% Func) in Oracle Apps in the SCM Area.
Must be hands on person with development experience in forms, reports, PL/SQL, UNIX shell, Discoverer.
Experience in Java, OAF, BI Publisher is desirable
Must have worked on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, and Conversions & Extensions) in the OM, Shipping, Inventory, and Mfg Modules.
Should have functional knowledge in the basic flows in OM, Shipping, Inventory, and Mfg Modules.
Must be a team player, willing to learn and work in shifts.
For EBS HCM Functional
Preferred to have Human Resource domain experience (2 Years).
In the areas of:
Payroll
Compensation and Benefits
Leave administration
Policy administrations, Training and other human resource functions.
Application:
Worked in 2 or more of the following HRMS modules (2+ years):
1. Core HR
2. Payroll
3. SSHR
4. iRecruitment
5. OLM
6. Talent Management
Basic SQL knowledge would be preferred.
Versions:
11.5.10 & experience in R12 (12.1.3) upgrade or support would be preferred.
Willingness to work in Shifts is Mandatory
For EBS HCM Techno Functional
Technofunctional Analyst (70% functional).
Resolve the tickets as per the project SLA.
Should be ready to work in shifts and support. Perform enhancements, test and migrate to Prod.
Technofunctional Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle Apps 12.0.7 HRMS, SSHR and iRecruitment modules.
Resource should have knowledge on configuration and personalization of iRecruitment, SSHR and HRMS screens.
Knowledge of Payroll (US) and other modules (eg advanced benefits) will be added advantage.
