The details of the job are the following: | | | | Apply Now | | | | Job Title | | | | | Urgent Requirement -Oracle Applications DBA/ Oracle Apps DBA | | | | | | Job Description | | | | Job Description: Responsible for all technical matters(Subject Matter Experts) related to the Oracle Applications databases including upgrades, cloning, monitoring and tuning the operating environment, coordinating/executing all code migrations.
Troubleshoot issues raised by users and provide timely resolutions.
Administer backups, refreshes and non-production clones.
Analyze and document system storage requirements. Responsibilities:
Minimum 3-9 Years of Oracle Applications 11i DBA strong working experience
Implement, install and/or upgrade Oracle Database & Applications software
Apply Patches and perform upgrades as required and work closely with Oracle Support to resolve any issues; opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs.
Full Applications 11i support including Installation, Cloning Applications System Administration and Troubleshooting.
Production Working knowledge is a must
Experience in Core DBA Applications Sysadmin tasks
Patching , AD Utilities
Performance Tuning
Knowledge on Discoverer and Application Server is an added advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting skills on issues related to Apache, Applications stack, discoverer and DB
Experience : 3-9 yrs
