Location - Abu Dhabi Experience -5 to 10 years Position - Business Analyst Skills - Facilitation to bring multiple teams together to define the scope or analysis the requirement/product/ change in process by any new system implementation. Controlling, and monitoring data management and flow of data from feeder modules like Revenue Accounting, Credit Control, Credit Card Operations, Accounts payable, General Ledger into the financial systems. Troubleshooting point for functional/technical issues and liaising to IT department for technical problems. Single point of contact for different departments within finance and other divisions. Ensure that all the Finance stream requirements are documented and maintained in the system with appropriate controls as per the project standards. Understands the current process and the user issues, business requirements, new automation opportunities during the GDS implementation. Designs, tests and implement reports/adhoc reports as well using reporting tools as per the requirement. Constant motivations to the Finance users by providing them better system solutions and making them aware with the new enhancements/processes within Applications Providing technical/functional support to IT team/Consultant team/team members to complete the deliverables within acceptable time frame Implement and provide technical/functional support for seamless integration between systems used in the cycle of Ticketing to Accounting. Verification of any new solutions provided by the vendors meets the requirements before implementation.
