One of the leading IT organization is looking for the following skills:- Experience: Should have around 4.5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Applications * Should have good experience and expertise in PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, AOL concepts, Custom.pll, XML Publisher, Workflow and Discoverer. * Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player. * Should be Proactive and have analytical thinking abilities. * Competent in Report development / Forms Development and Interfaces Functional * Should have expertise and experience on any of the following modules like *Financials (or) SCM (or) Discrete (or) Manufacturing (or) Distribution (or) OPM (or) ASCP. * Exposure to R12 will be an added advantage. * Should be able to work independently (whenever the requirement demands). * Should be willing to travel onsite (Short term / Long term). * Whenever any additional skill is required, should be willing to learn and scale as per the project needs. * Should have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer handling skills are necessary.
