Role - Oracle Property Manager
Location- Saudi ( Long Term project)
Base Location - Anywhere In India
Experience- 5 - 10 year
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Experience in Oracle Property Manager as Functional Consultant.
2. Should be able to understand the Scope of work, To Be process documents and propose for the implementation of the same.
3. Should be able to validate the To Be process requirements during implementation and amend the To Be process document, if any changes are identified
4. Should be able to configure Oracle Property Manager Application instances & its integrated modules
5. Should be able to plan and execute all appropriate configuration documentation required by the programmers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that maintain the application
6. Knowledge of Following is Essential a) Property Creation - Land, Building, Floor, Units etc and uploading data from legacy system through API b) Creation of Leases ,Generating Billing Schedules and Approving Billing Schedules c) Export to Payables and Receivables, d) Payable open Invoice Interface and Auto Invoice (AR Interface) e) Good Working Knowledge in Payables and Receivables Modules and ability to handle end to end cycles. (Lease Receivable Invoice? Receipt and Lease Payable Invoices? Payment) f) Rent Increase, Rent Decrease and Variable Rent
