SME with Techno-Functional expertise in at least one of the following Payroll,SSHR, I Rec Advanced Benefits, etc. Experience in providing solutions in client facing role including requirement analysis, solution design and build Hands on working knowledge in traditional and advanced technology in HCM e- business suite. Experience with Oracle's AIM document methodology Self starter, excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Presentation skills an added advantage. Experience in Offshore/ onsite projects a plus. Qualification: Graduate / MBA or Electronics Engineering/Comp Science/Comp Engg.
