Responsible for the business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle ERP business suites and legacy external applications mainly in HR responsibility . 2. Application system on-going maintenance, enhancement of existing applications to fulfill the objectives of enterprise business community . 3. Liaison with Database Administrator for technical issues related to application areas in the context of Oracle ERP environment, concurrent managers, interface issues, tasks and technical TARs to Oracle or any third party software providers . 4. Provide support to Oracle HRMS module such as Payroll, Personnel, Self Service, OTL Module. 5. Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts. Desired Skills: 1. Excellent Communication in English, since the coordination would be from United States. 2. Willing to travel abroad. 3. Relevant experience in Oracle HRMS.
