The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) supervises chambers of commerce and industry and the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry. MOCI also manages elections of boards of directors of the various chambers of commerce and industry, follow the work of the chambers, remove obstacles in the way of conducting their business, directs them to perform their duties in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers number 66 dated 06/04/1374H, and reviews their annual budgets, final settlement of accounts and board reports of the chambers of commerce and industry and the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
