The Total University (TU) team designs, develops, and delivers the following items for all our learning and performance management tools such as SumTotal Enterprise Suite and ToolBook:
• Training – training materials, virtual classes, and instructor-led classes.
• Documentation – Online Help, User Guides, Quick Start Manuals, Reference Guides, other items in the Documentation Library, and various other tools.
• Online collaterals – Online courses, online tutorials, demos, and various other tools. The Total University team comprises people with cross-functional expertise in instructional design, documentation, and training. All TU members perform both training and documentation duties during the course of their work, but specialize in one or the other. Leads manage one or more product lines and have a dedicated team of writers, graphic artist, and so on.

• Framemaker/Online authoring tools/RoboHelp
• Knowledge of Flash and/or Photoshop
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to do customer facing work such as trainings, workshops, Sales demo, and so on
