- Build ancillary applications around core products for integration with customer's enterprise environment, Zycus SAAS environment & for product suites which would require researching and developing solutions in multiple technologies in the Java world.
- Understand Zycus Product's technical architecture for effective technical consulting with Customer, provide level-two support for troubleshooting & fixing issues, and coordinating & tracking requirements with Product engineering team.
- Would need to come up with innovative technical solutions for difficult problems to improve business process productivity.
