Demonstrated knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Modules of Oracle eBusiness Suite Version 12i as described in the Key Responsibilities section. 2. Should have good kwnolwdge in following areas. a. Inventory b. Bills of Material c. Knowledge on Planning modules d. Quality e. Engineering f. Work in Process g. Cost Management h. Enterprise Asset management (Optional) 3. Investigate, analyze, and resolve support calls from business teams in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) 4. Support ongoing business activities to resolve D2B (Design to Deploy and Demand to Build) business process and system issues. 5. Monitor and keep clear Oracle interfaces, including external interfaces to Oracle from 3 rd party PLM and MRP applications, and internal interfaces, such as Inventory Transactions, Costing and WIP Transactions. 6. Experience in mapping requirements to applications, fit/gap analysis, and making application selection recommendations. 7. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 9. Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships. 10.
