Job Description

* Involved in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft HRMS for HR, Payroll and Base Benefits modules.
* Creation of Design document as per Business Requirements.
* Customized the Life Events Pages for minimal clicks for the users in Benefits
* Changed the Open Enrollment pages using business logic and vendor specific exclusion/inclusion.
* Supported the Open Enrollment for the Bose Employees.
* Development and customization of Pages, Records, views, components using Application Designer for displaying the current compensation of the employees using drill down functionality in MSS.
* Embedded the training Video in the PeopleSoft pages for Employee Training.
* Development/Enhancements and Customizations using PeopleCode and SQRs
* Development/Enhancements of Multiple Reports using SQR depending on business logic.
* Development and maintenance of UNIX scripts for the Run post confirm and encryption of Data on the server.
* Developed a Run Control page and a SQR to fetch information related to earnings and deductions for the department and the date range provided on the run control page.
* Developed a Report for the Annual Compensation, W2 Salary and 401K contribution.
* Ensure the Production problems are resolved
* Coordinate and Communicate with the On-site Managers, Team and End Users.
* Coordinate and Communicate with the Offshore
* Participate in review meeting and Tele-conference.
* Resolving Issues and maintenance of issues and incidents in Remedy
* Ensure compliance to Time sheets.
