Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 3 to 5+ years J2EE and advanced Java coding and object-oriented design experience. Essential Skill Set: » 5+ years experience with web technologies: JSF, JSP, Struts, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT. » 4+ years experience with Web Services and XML technologies, SOAP/XML, BPEL, SOA. » 4+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies (BPEL, AIA, ADF, BEA Weblogic, JDeveloper, etc.) » 2+ years experience with programming in SQL and PL/SQL. » At least 2 years of experience in a software architect / design role, leading team of engineers to design large scale enterprise business applications. » Experience with full software development life cycle, experience with use cases and iterative development methodology. Experience with Agile software development methodologies. » Experience with RDBMS, preferentially Oracle. » In depth knowledge of Java and J2EE and web-based applications. Ability to articulate engineering design strategies. » Proven leadership capabilities, including interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and reasoning/analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skills.
