Adapt to Real-Time Events.Integration with various Adaptors like ADB Adapters, File Adapters *Experience on TIBCO Admin and deployment *Must be a self-starter & independent contributor o Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Ability to perform design/code reviews emphasizing completeness and performance. *Good written and oral communication skills, creativity and innovation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced distributed team environment. Communication skills are good. JD for TL ================= *6 - 8 yrs of TIBCO BW experience. *TIBCO experience including Depth of Knowledge on TIBCO business works, EMS, Rv, ADB, File adapter Should have hands on experience in creating and using webservices. *Ability to Design technical solutions in line with the requirements. *Experience in leading team. *Experience in leading the discussion with client team. *Experience on TIBCO Admin and deployment *Experience and deep knowledge of SDLC processes. *Must be a self-starter & independent contributor o Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Ability to perform design/code reviews emphasizing completeness and performance. *Good written and oral communication skills, creativity and innovation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced distributed team environment.
