For more information visit www.infor.com Position : Techno-Functional Product Support Analyst (Finance) Job Description: The job involves working with external customers to resolve technical and functional problems related to mission critical software applications, remotely. The candidate would have to work closely with internal teams such as Product Development, Consulting to ensure the customer issues are resolved. The job calls for excellent troubleshooting, analytical, functional and technical skills.
