Position : Techno-Functional Product Support Analyst (Finance)
Job Description:
The job involves working with external customers to resolve technical and functional problems related to mission critical software applications, remotely.
The candidate would have to work closely with internal teams such as Product Development, Consulting to ensure the customer issues are resolved.
The job calls for excellent troubleshooting, analytical, functional and technical skills.
The candidate is also required to have excellent soft skills- customer orientation, written and spoken communication, service attitude etc.
Years of experience: 5 - 8 years
Qualification: B.Sc, BCA, Btech, MCA, MBA (Finance / Systems)
Product / Technical Skills:
* Good Understanding Accounting principles, Taxation & ERP
* Experience in any of the applications Baan/ LN Finance, Oracle Financials, SAP Finance (General ledger, account payables, account receivables, fixed assets, cash management, Budget control)
*ï€ Would be able to work on 4GL programming languages, Baan/LN Tools Programming
* Ability to Map customer requirements to the available product features
* Ability to analyze, debug and trouble shoot errors
* Expertise in database(MS SQL/Oracle/ Informix) to identify the problems occurring in application due to data corruptions
* Good understanding of client/server and web technologies
