Principal duties and responsibilities:
(I). Meet the process deliverables as per agreed SLAs;
(II). Report process metrics to Internal & External Stakeholders as applicable;
(III). Mentor team members to improve the process knowledge;
(IV). Support Manager in driving process improvements & automation efforts;
(V). Participate and engage in operational & governance meetings with client;
(VI). Ensure and maintain up-to-date process documentation;
(VII). Ensure qualitative review of process tasks to maintain NIL surprise to Management / Client;
(VIII). Ensure Nil negative observation in Internal/External audits

• Good communication skills (written as well as verbally in)

Mandatory Skills Required:
1. Qualification: Commerce graduates preferred
2. Experience:
Manager: Around 12 to 18 years relevant BPO experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable areas with Insurance P&C exposure preferred
Analyst: Around 3 to 6 years relevant BPO experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable areas with Insurance P&C exposure preferred
3. Communication: Excellent Oral and Written English communication
4. Shift: Willing to work in complete night shift
Interactions:
Liaise with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Careand Technical Support) and external customers. Good communication skills are therefore an absolute requirement, as you are expected to act as a key contact for all parties.

Your drive to solve problems should be a leading motive in all work you deal with. Furthermore, you work in an independent way and take initiatives and have the capability to solve (semi)-routine questions. You also know to judge as to when you should report to senior staff problems which should be escalated on a higher level and are able to report these issues in an effective and correct manner.

The issues you deal with can diverge from complex to (semi)-routine issues. This requires a flexible attitude, business acumen, insight and experience.
