• Should have good communication skills.
• 1 or more years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• IBM WebSphere Application Server installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• IBM HTTP server (IHS) and Apache as an additional advantage.
• Knowledge on writing re-write rules on webserver to handle multiple requests types.
• Knowledege with Unix shell scripting, Ant and Maven build scripting
• Strong background with source code management tools, preferably S Subversion, should have experience to setup multisite SVN replication.
• Should have complete knowledge on setting up Continues Integration Environment.
• Ability to guide others in adaptive problem solving.
• Ability to negotiate with customers and business partners and influence others to build consensus and achieve customer objectives.
• Ability to perform a combination of lead and supporting technical roles in multiple simultaneous projects.
• Minimal escalated on-call support expected, as projects demand.
• Any Unix System administration knowledge (Solaris, AIX, Linux).
• Should have experience in Production Environments.
