The details of the job are the following:     Apply Now     Job Title     Technical Analyst - Lead     Job Description     Basic Function: The successful candidate will provide functional and technical leadership in Operations Monitoring with Oracle Applications 11.5.10 and enterprise scheduling applications in a large, global instance environment for Emerson Process Management Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead a team of developers, administrators &/ or analysts in areas relating to enterprise operations. • Lead, actively monitor, and identify continuous improvement opportunities on operational activities in the Oracle Applications eBusiness Suite environment. This includes taking action from dashboard warnings, system/ application alerts, and incoming messaging traffic and leveraging various utilities. • Lead efforts and proactively driving down error rates by tracking, validating & delivering daily reports of metrices, activities & operational processes • Lead and support production environments with global monitoring and problem detection / deterrence • Seek continuous feedback from direct reports for frequent anomalies &/or jobs having issues • Quickly identify performance issues or anomalies of a large Oracle Applications environment • Work closely with other enterprise operations management team members for improving, reconfiguring, or enhancing monitoring systems, alerts, operation procedures, knowledge base etc. • Utilize UC4 & other applications to monitor and respond to events with scheduled jobs and processes • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and seek immediate resolution for repeated production issues • Interact with customers and process owners to ensure they receive an exceptional level of service • Provide updates to & ensure accuracy for a new, one-stop solution to view all critical jobs, requests, processes & planned maintenance activities • Able and willing to work with and through others in a global team & collaborative environment • Participate in rotating evening, weekend, and holiday activities as required Role:   Team Lead/Technical Lead Industry Type:   IT-Software/Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Other Keywords:   Oracle 11i, technical Analyst, oracle application 11i, oracle apps 11i     Desired Candidate Profile     Education:   UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (both oral and written) • Able to assess requirements, communicate, and influence others (including internal customers, developers & analysts) in areas relating to operations while moving towards a common vision or goal • Able to form, lead, and disband operations resources effectively and in a remote environment • Available to work a rotating 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift schedule • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP with 3+ years in 11i EBS (technical or functional) • Minimum 4 years of experience with PL/SQL & SQL     Company Profile     EMERSON - A fortune 500 MNC     http://www.Emerson.com     Emerson (NYSE: EMR), Headquartered in Missouri (USA)was established in 1890, is a global leader bringing technology & engineering together.
