Jobs Opportunity for Oracle Apps(Techno-Functional) Trivandruma work location with our client Company!Notice Period can be only 30 days Job Descripition: Oracle Applications Support Lead (Techno-Functional, Financials) The Oracle Applications Support Lead should have: * Strong Experience with the Financial/HR Modules (GL, AP, AR,Iproc, HR, Payroll, Talent Management and self-service ) . A minimum of 6-8 years experience is needed. * Functional and Technical knowledge in Oracle HR & Financial modules * Experience with at least 2 Full Cycle Implementations * Strong exposure with PL/SQL , Forms/Reports, Discoverer and Noetix Views * Good Experience on Oracle Workflow and OA Framework is must. * Previous experience in an Oracle Functional Support capacity * Proficient in running SQL extracts * Knowledge of OBIEE Essential: * Root cause analysis and complex problem solving skills are important for managing month end and production support issues independently. * Guide the team on Techno-Functional issues * Follow a rigorous process to troubleshoot and resolve each incident, the aim being to address each incident within the Target Resolution Time * Experience of projects involving multiple business units/user communities and that involve a significant element of business change * Strong knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role * Experience in engaging Oracle Support/On Demand to research and resolve issues * Able to work effectively under pressure, for example when dealing with major incidents, and/or at critical times * Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical * Ability to work independently with limited general supervision * Enjoys Fast Paced & Challenging environment * Should be able to work across cross functional teams If you are not interested.
