Following is a Job Description of the requirement for your information : Title: Project Lead / Lead Consultant - Oracle Apps CRM Functional Location: INDIA-HYDERABAD Skills: Should have over 5 years experience in Oracle apps CRM functional area Production support. Support Production issues in Service Cycles, modules (CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Install Base, Spares Management, Field Service, Depot Repair, Mobile Field Service, Tele Service). - Create and follow up Service Requests with Oracle when needed. Draft functional requirements of change requests and perform the testing Testing Perform patch or system upgrade (e.g., Linux) regression testing for CRM modules Project related Functional GAP analysis - draft MD50s for CRM modules Functional set-ups for all modules Integrated testing for all modules Go-live support (Service modules).
